  • नियम 511 के अनुसार यदि कोई रेल कर्मचारी विकलांग है और चिकित्सा आधार पर हस्ताक्षर करने में असमर्थ है पति या पत्नी .. 18 वर्ष से अधिक आयु के दत्तक बच्चों सहित वार्ड .. माता-पिता .. गौडियन छुट्टी आवेदन पर हस्ताक्षर कर सकते हैं और स्वीकृति प्राधिकारी को अग्रेषित कर सकते हैं। 
    In terms of rule 511 if a railway servant is disable and unable to sign on medical grounds spouse.. wards including adopted children aged above 18 years.. parents.. gaudians can sign and forward the leave application to the sanctioning authority.
  • यदि एक महिला रेल कर्मचारी के पास विकलांग बच्चा है जिसकी विकलांगता कम-से-कम 40% है, वह बच्चे की कितनी भी उम्र तक वह चाइल्ड केयर लीव का लाभ उठा सकती है।
    If A female railway servant having minimum 40% disable child , she can avail Child Care Leave till any age of the child.(551E)
  • 551E के अनुसार अविवाहित/विधवा या विधुर/तलाकशुदा को एकल माता-पिता के रूप में माना जाता हैै।
    यहां यह ध्यान रखना चाहिए कि यह अवैध बच्चा के लिए देय नहीं है। केवल दो प्रकार हैं 1. अनाथ 2. कानूनी रूप से वैैध
    in terms of 551E unmarried/ widow or widower / divorcee is treated as single parent
    there is no illegal child .. there are only two types 1. orphan 2. legal
